Janice Miller received her  B.A. in English and B.A. in Photography from The Ohio State University. She received her Paralegal Certificate from UNC Charlotte in 2003. She assists with all aspects of our client’s cases.
 
Family: Husband, Paul, sons, Torger and Kirk, and daughter Kristina.

Interests: Part-time wedding and portrait photography, travel  photography, family activities, film studies, biking and fitness.
 
Hours: Janice’s hours are  9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

MELISSA LIVOTI

Melissa LiVoti is a native of Caracas, Venezuela. She is fluent in English, Spanish and German. In addition to working as a legal assistant, Melissa is currently studying to become a Certified Interpreter with the American Translation  Association.
 
Interests: Melissa enjoys competitive ballroom dancing. She performs at local establishments and teaches Latin dances such as the Argentine tango, salsa, and bachata. Her other interests include traveling, visiting art galleries, and hiking.
 
Hours: Melissa’s hours are 2:00 pm. to 5:30 p.m.

Claudia Pena is originally from Chicago, Illinois.  Her family is originally from Uruguay and Mexico.  She is fluent in English and Spanish.  She is a notary public working on a degree is paralegal studies. 
 
Interests: Claudia enjoys spending time with her four year old son, Anthony, and playing sports.
 
Hours: Claudia’s hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
